Lisa Williams Hull, CPA

I have over 35 years’ experience in tax return preparation, tax planning, and accounting.  I enjoy helping individuals, families, and small businesses with their taxes and accounting needs.  My master’s degree has served me well and allowed me to work as an adjunct professor in Accounting with both Tarleton State University at the MCC University Center, and for Central Texas College in their prison group.

I’m the proud mother of two wonderful daughters who have blessed me with four grandchildren. I’m involved in various community organizations and I am an active member of First Baptist Church of Waco.

Hannah Kucera

Prior to joining Lisa W. Hull, CPA, PC, I was a staff accountant at The Dwyer Group. While at The Dwyer Group, I gained experience working with the accounting of both The Dwyer Group parent company, and the following subsidiaries: Aire Serv, Mr. Appliance, The Grounds Guys, Mr. Electric, Zorware, ProTradeNet and Dwyer Group Germany. In 2016 I decided to change my path, and took a position as staff accountant with Lisa W. Hull, CPA, PC, working with small businesses.

In 2015 I married my high school sweetheart, D.J. Kucera. We live in Woodway with our 4-year-old daughter Grace, and our infant baby boy, Connor. We also have a dachshund mix named Maggie that we all enjoy taking for walks around the neighborhood, or swimming if it’s warm enough.

While working in accounting, I have found I truly enjoy helping others understand the best financial practice for them. I love learning about different businesses, and what is special, or unique, in order for that business to survive. My favorite thing about accounting is that it can enable a business to really grow through what each dollar is doing to help or hurt their company.

“I got my taxes done this year using Lisa Hull, CPA and my experience was wonderful. I emailed her all of my forms using a system that made uploading files very simple! She took no time reviewing all of my documents and sent the return to me very well organized which made it easy to read over and sign. The whole process took only a short time and was the most convenient way of filing taxes. I would definitely recommend using them and will continue to use their services in the future.”
